But what about the 5%?

Well first let's talk about what the 5% even is.

I'll give you a simple example…

I'm the one writing these words right now. Not AI.

Actually that's not true…


AI initially wrote the words, but I had to completely rework it using good 'ol fashion brain power.

  • ● I reworked the entire opening
  • ● I added ellipses "..."
  • ● I reformatted the text to make it more skimmable
  • ● I added these bullet points

Mind you, we're talking about ONE small chunk of text lol

AI cannot match this obsessive level of attention to detail.

Sure it can output a "close enough" version once it's all said and done…

But you'd have to know how to guide in a very specific way…

And you'd have to know what great copy looks like in the first place…

In short:

AI can give you an excellent working draft IF you know how to prompt it and IF you feed it with an original human idea.

But even still it lacks human-essence to make it f***ing great.

'Scuse my French.

It lacks the context to think:

"How can I make this copy hyper-tailored to Justin?"

"How can I make this so that Justin nods his head while reading?"

"What can I say to shatter Justin's objections?"

AI doesn't possess the creativity to leave such lines in the copy.

In fact…

AI would never DARE leave the self-reflective lines I just left in the copy. This is human creativity.

Because AI writes based on known formulas.

AI writes in tropes.

And what I did there is break the third wall because I know your level of awareness.

In other words, I'm writing this copy at a meta level knowing your level of market sophistication.


Now that's just writing.

What about research?

Unfortunately we can't get around the hallucination problem quite yet.

I asked Manus to find out where it got that line about 95%...

But I personally had to double check to make sure you said that lol

I then had the creativity to go and screenshot your LinkedIn post and incorporate that into this sales page, to make it more persuasive.

Again, more human creativity.

Manus didn't think of that. I did.

And lastly:

The only reason it had a decent first draft to start with was because I'd given it a tremendous amount of context.

I told Manus to study your X, your LinkedIn, your two websites (AdSkills & AgentSkills). I told it what you've been up to. I told you that you fired most of your staff last year and that you are knee-deep in this agent-building stuff and you'll likely be highly skeptical of adding more human "overhead".

And that's the key word:

CONTEXT.

That's what AI doesn't have - at least not yet.


Flying High

If we were to take an analogy we can look at airplanes.

Pilots are the 5%.

Airplanes (much like AI) are incredible inventions created by humans.

They are marvels of the human mind.

They are machines designed to transport hundreds of humans in a giant flying tube with wings across continents while soaring 30,000 feet in the air at 600 miles per hour. Incredible.

They can even fly themselves on autopilot!

But would you get on a pilot-less airplane?

Probably not.

There's a reason we have pilots.

And I know what you're thinking:

I'm the pilot!

Yes you are.

But you know what every pilot needs?

A great co-pilot.

And that's what I'm here to offer you.

By the way, this whole analogy of pilot, I thought of myself, and I'm pretty proud of it.

So let's get back to the question at hand:

The 5% is: context, human intelligence and intuition, creativity, soul, drive, making connections from seemingly disparate ideas. Self-awareness.

The 5% is the strategic work. The relationship work. The high-level execution that requires judgment, taste, and the ability to read between the lines.

In short: it's HUMAN WORK.

…and that's what I bring to the table.
